In the menu what is 'read GPS form file' ?
And what is 'Restet trip data' ?
I have found some Poi's on the net, i want to now if I should convert these in some format's ?

Reset trip data is a trip meter you see on the right. It counts the minutes of your driven trip :)
Read GPS from file is if you want to see which route you have driven (with holux) you can import it from a saved tracklog. Tracklog saving is done by pressing LEFT button while in GPS mode. A red text will appear in the upper left corner that will say REC : ON
