HELP: Buying Jap PSP woes (replace with US 1.50? tax tudy? etc)

I was just surfing http://psp-news.dcemu.co.uk/ and saw the advertisement "Homebrew Ready PSPs" down the right-hand side column. The link takes me to SuccessHK (http://www.yesasia.com/?/) and they sell 1.50 PSPs. I thought cool so I registered and clicked Add To Cart and started the ordering procedure. I Checked Out, selected Delivery UPS/FedEx/DHL and clicked Order without supplying my payment details. Now it looks like the order is being processed and the item being sent to me.

Will I pay the delivery person? Will I be charged Tax Duty? Since I live in UK but ordered a Japanese PSP, will I be able to replace the Jap 1.50 with US 1.50 System Software?

The cost will come out of the final amount on the site!

Yes you can change then Jap to EU firmware!
