Anyone know how much of an undertaking this would be? It would be something I would pay for. I'd imagine if there was any kind of open source automotive diagnostic software, maybe it could be ported easily and you'd just need to construct the hookup to attach it to the car's computer. I think it would really be in demand since so many cars have computers these days and a simple diagnostic readout can be helpful with auto problems.
