3.10 oe-a to 3.52 M33 do i need to downgrade first?

Hi iam on 3.10 oe-a right now

do i need to down grade first before i can upgrade to 3.52 m33??

or i can just install it like what this artical says

no you dont need to downgrade first, you can easily upgrade to 3.52 M33 without any reprocutions
