PSP 3.53 m33-4 browser fails to open

I have updated my PSP1000 from 3.03oe-c (browser worked ok) to 3.52 m33-4. The problem I now have is that if I try to open the internet browser, under the Network option, on the PSP it displays the Blue reset screen and promtly locks up requiring the power to be turned off. I can connect to my wifi and play socom ok.
I did not test the Internet browser at 3.52 m33 to determine if the revsion 4 is the problem.
I plan to downgrade to 1.50 and upgrade to 3.52 m33 unless anybody can solve the problem first.

Restore your default system settings and itll work fine for you.
