Pretty do-able since MESS has a C64 emulator. MESS uses MAME framework to emulate other types of systems. Since we have MAME we can probably do MESS also. Of course, that pesky keyboard will be an issue. How do I tap out LOAD"*",8,1 on a PSP again? ;)
Via a virtual keyboard of course :p ;).
I'm itching for a Vectrex emulator, myself. I think it would work pretty well if you were willing to rotate the screen to accommodate that system's vertically oriented screen.
Is there anyone working on a MESS emulator? That would make a lot of people, including myself, very happy indeed.

new emulators will come when the system is known to more developers, until then sit back and enjoy the ride :)
