Rate Chameleon's sig please

One of the first sigs ive ever made please give me critisizm on it, I need to know what im doing wrong afterall ive only been using photoshop for 30 minutes so far :) :

i think its pretty good.
id rate it a 4 out of 5.

Same as jack blue, 4 out of 5.

Good for a first one, as well as for a sig in general.

looks pretty good man, 8.5/10. way better than alot of people at www.homebrewheaven.net some of them just dont know crap about sig making. i think its a nice, easy on the eyes, sig. btw is that you in the pic?
