I have pondered this topic for a couple of days now. I have been a huge rpg fan for years and it just hit me that it might be possible that there are homebrew RPGS using an engine like RPG maker XP or somethign similar to that. If there are any Homebrew RPGS of the Dreamcast, please post them here. :thumbup:
There's DCRPG but it's still being worked on.

There's no simple homebrew RPG making game though. There were a plans but nothing was completed.
But, I know of DreamStudio, it a commerical Japanese RPG maker and you saved your quests to a VMU. It might be near impossible to find though...
