Help getting voices on Dino Crisis 2

I know there are a lot of posts saying how to fix the voices in Dino Crisis 2, but nothing I've tried is working. I'm mainly using Popstation 2 GUI and changing the game ID to SLPS01222 as well as SLPM86627, neither of which did anything different. I've tried dumping the CD as both a .cue and a .cdd. And in addition to popstation GUI I've tried Tinnus's popstation change for CDs with multiple tracks and also Ice Tea 1.3.

Something tells me I'm doing something wrong because I can't find anyone else saying they can't get it to work. Any help you guys could give me would be greatly appreciated.

My psp firmware is 3.30 OE-A
I've also tried some 3.40 OE and it didn't help

Nvm I got it to work ^^. WHy is it on most of the guides to getting PSX games on PSP don't mention installing popsloader311?
