MVSPSP converting roms

I have alot of roms that are supposedly working roms that I am unable to convert with "romcnv_mvs.exe". Thereby being unable to play them.

for example KOF2003 i have 2 versions of the rom but i am unable to convert either. I am getting the feeling that no matter where I get the rom from I will not be able to convert it. However I KNOW these roms work on mvspsp because ive seen people playing them on you tube.

my question is this, should i continue looking for different version of the roms and hope that 1 of these versions will be convertable?

or

should I try to get my existing unconvertable roms to work by converting them another way?

so i can use mame roms with mvspsp?

when i look at websites, i see a set1 and a set2. how do i use these?

Read gamelist_mvs.txt for the supported game list.

If it required both set then obtain them.

Look for roms build for latest MAME or Kawaks 1.58.
