Cutom prxs in flash 0?

hey all i was just wondering if it is possible to put custom prxs like cwcheat or music in the flash 0 instead of the seplugins folder on the memstick?
If it is which folder would i put them in and which text files would i edit like how there is one for game one for pops and one for vsh in seplugins. im not really a noob but i am far from being an expert. I shouldnt have a problem understanding a simple explanation of the proccess (if it is possible)

I know how to do this with older firmwares e.g 3.03 OE-C,

But any higher firmware there seems to be problems, if you want to me to explain with older versions then i will!
