BatteryXmb R2 ( for 1.50 and 3.XX kernels )

I just saw a request and I fast coded this (took me a minute )
Since my psp is doing something on 1.50 at the moment , I will not be able to test this plugin in 3.XX kernel. It should give the info at coordinates ( 460 , 0 )

-fixed location
-color is red
-fixed flippering (or watherver the name is)
-fixed 100% showing 10%

coz now its like between the date and time
