WEP Key seems longer than PSP allows

Greetings,

I've got a PSP with system software v3.71 and I've got a home network with a WEP key. The problem is that when I try to enter the WEP key the PSP stops taking in put after about 12 characters. Any clue how to make it take the full key ?

your wep encryption maybe to high i.e. 128bit reduce it and it will let you reduce the length of the wep key on your network and in turn allowing your psp to accept the shorter key.
