What exactly are you asking for? The DS is certainly not powerful enough to emulate the N64, if that's what you're asking.
He maybe wants a game that someone have made so it looks like a N64 game. I mean, he maybe wants a game there someone have taken the sprites and with that tried to make a homebrew that looks like a real N64 game, a homebrew that's supposed to be the same as the original game. Maybe?
But some DS official games look like N64 games
