are you sure you have the pandora battery and magic memory stick set up exactly correct? And is you magic memory stick formated?

You can't run any type of homebrew, including Pandora battery maker and "Magic" Memory Stick Creator in an official Sony firmware. You should obtain both already created in a homebrew enabled PSP to downgrade your PSP.
sorry, but this is not clear it looks like an error code you get in the XMB and as far as I know you do not start the Pandora downgrade from the XMB...

you dont run anything from the menu, you put the battery and memory stick in and it boots to service mode. if youre talking about making the memory stick and battery, you need someone with a homebrew enabled psp to do that
