Beginning DS Development

About a month or two ago, I bought my first homebrew flash cart ever - SuperCard. After trying a bunch of homebrew for the DS, I've decided to start developing some myself. I've looked around a bit for some good tutorials, but didn't really find much. So, can anyone point out a good place to start learning about programming for the DS? Thanks!

(This is also my first time ever programming, so it would help if it was aimed towards people who didn't already know the C language.)

Thanks! I didn't see anything on GBADev, but on the forums, I found a sticky with a lot of links to tutorials for the DS. I'll look through all of them!
