What firmware did you downgrade from? If it's from official Sony firmware, make a start on installing Dark_Alex's custom firmware like 3.52 M33-4 or the latest release of 3.71 M33-3.
I downgraded from Sonys 3.03 but i figured everything out now and im running 3.40 OE-A. Isome how figured everything out within a few hours.
You need to go higher cos if you get any games with a higher firmware they wont work or force the update, 3.71m33 is the way to go but you have to install 3.52m33-4 first cos you cant go from 3.40oe to 3.71m33 without using DCv3
