do u still have to go through wipeout for this program or something??

It is just a PC browser, made të be friendly to 480x272 resolution and the limitations of PortableVNC. With VNC if you run the program on PSP and have a VNC server running on your PC, you should be able to control your PC using your PSP and see 480x272 worth of the screen on your PSP.
