Anyone interested in helping with my portal?

Hi all,

First off I'm very sorry if this is in the wrong place but I didn't know where else to post..

I've just started using dreamweaver these past few days and have built up a portal, but I'm having a few difficulties with it and could really use some help, mainly with display issues and linking. Most of the portal is working but I'm getting lost and starting to get very confused with all the files and what not...

There are a couple of screen shots above, you can see in the 3rd shot the display troubles I'm having (this is my previous portal but the problem still exists in the new one). If I have posted this in completely the wrong place please accept my apologies! I have a site where we could discuss the portal away from this one but I don't want to tread on anybody's toes, I could really do with a hand though, thanks!
