Question...why use the bad (but at least it's something) Google translation? :p There's a readme in the zip with a perfect translation of the changes:

some don't like to work with others, some pref to work alone so they can learn, etc. Either way I am glad to finally see another update, granted its only been a small amount of time lol. I just got used to every day updates for this EMU.
Once he kicks the speed up a tad, this emulator along with PSPGenesis will be the top two in my opinion.
