A good ATRAC3 converter?

I'm messing with EBOOTs and i've been looking for a good ATRAC3 converter program so I can put music into the EBOOTs. anyone have any good suggestions for a converter program? thanks ^^

man ive been trying this for like 3 days but idk they tell me gold wave soundforge and sonicstage but i still cant do it i installed a codec someone please help!!!!?!?!?!!!!!!!!

Do you want to convert to AT3? If so, I suggest Goldwave and getting the codec. This is very simple for me. If you need a guide on how to create the AT3 files/install the codec, just go [Here]
