I found out how to get a Playstation Store file onto any psp, so i bypassed the license error and the five times download. I havent tested, but there is no possible way it can fail.

If it means getting games for free, which is piracy, then yes you can't do it here. The police are now on their way to your house:p
I don't quite understand what you are saying, could you go more into detail about this. By "any" PSP do you mean any firmware PSP?
