I think I may have found a beginning to the code for the 2.00 web browser or possibly the url search bar. the code is

those are codes, but you need to show the wierd symbols probaply cause they are encoded.

I cant show the symbols they are in ascii and there is no way of typing that in a forum.

to bad, i guess, cause i got a encoder and i could show yu wut it is.

why dont you just open the file yourself?
