VGB-Android 4.2 with TAMA5 Support

The new VGB-Android 4.2, released today, adds support for TAMA5 cartridges and often requested slow-motion mode. I have also fixed the display artifacts and the multitouch input. If you have previously complained that you can´t press more than one button at once, upgrade and try again :)

• Added slow-motion mode, combined with fast-forward mode.
• Fixed left/top edge artifacts with accelerated video enabled.
• Fixed multitouch input in cases where it didn´t work.
• Added Pokemon Trading Card Game 2 cheats to the Cheatopedia.
• Now disabling irrelevant virtual keyboard settings.
• Fixed rare crashes in gesture detection.
