VBA-M public SVN build: revision 347 released

New build of the Game Boy Advance emulator for Windows.

Changelog:

* Added compile date to about box
* Redesigned about box a little
* SDL Windows updates:
- Clear the screen on each frame when using OpenGL blitter
- Use the C++ version of 2xSai instead of ASM version
* SDL Linux version can display the SVN revision number, IF SVN is installed
* Fixed deadlock involving fullscreen and logging window
* Added performance logging
* Renamed FileToggleMenu accelerator to FileToggleFullscreen
