Phleon Finally Full Version 1.0

Phleon is a simple program for those that wish to test their themes without having to waste a bunch of time on their DS. It also creates a folder that is just "Drag & Drop" into the skin folder of your moonshell folder on your memory card.

Final V1
*Fixed transparency glitch
*Made windows drag-able(the window placement for default in-moonshell positions)
*Forgot some others (from not working on it for a while)

Beta V3:
*Severly optimised RAM-wise
*fixed scrolling graphics glitch
*fixed the file Selected thing with Alpha like the Real Moonshell does.
*replaced the stupid background picture

Beta V2:
*Multi-language
*Slightly optimised
*checks for updates(doesn't download)
