Ridge Racer Type 4 on 3.80 M33-5

Does anyone know how to get RR4 working on popstation. I have tried uncompressing the eboot, I used all 3 PSX id numbers (NTSC-U, NTSC-J, and PAL) and it freezes at the opening video. Before it freezes you can hit start and it will go to the menu, and you can play, but after you beat the first Gran Prix, you have to watch another video, and it freezes again. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

did you try popsloaderv2 for 3.80M33-5?

with it, you can use differents pops from differents Ofw.

I was using PAL disc. NTSC works fine. Oddly though, PAL compressed to 32 mb, but NTSC only to 368 mb. Thanks though
