Neo Geo Pocket: There's two ports by GPF, RACE! and DCNeoPop that are good -- I think RACE! is the better of the two.
GBA: gpSPDC by GPF.
Mega CD and 32x: GenesisPlusDC is the best Genesis emulator and it doesn't get a full 60 FPS all the time. Until that happens 32x is definitely not going to happen. Sega CD is probably the same.
