How do you get DSOrganizer to work on the internet..?

I have a usb adapter called MSI UB11B and it has a Software AP Controller.
DSOganizer picks it up in the scan but don't connect,i have tried put in my lan ip and subnet but then xp comes up with a ip conflicted...?

Please help this is doing my head in..:(

Make sure your DS isn't using the same IP as your computer.
