[DS] iFile v0.11

Here is an update to my little homebrew project :)

iFile, your favorite file manager for the DS!

Changelog:
v0.11:
*removed the "." directory
*Changed ".." to "Go to parent directory"
*Gave "Go to parent directory" a different icon
*fixed a bug in scroll when using pad
