A Full Homebrew Tutorial Please

I extremly new to this (I know nothing) and I want to learn how to make a Dreamcast Homebrew Game. I wanted to make my own Sonic collection, burn it, and then play it on my cast. But can somebody show me how step by step.

Thanks for the link, but i'm not there yet. I need some info on how to develop 101 (in my case for a collection.) I want to know how to take several roms and make them playable with a menu, that is if it's possible.

You will need the Sonic games for Genesis/Mega Drive, Master System and Game Gear and the SBIs for the emulators of these systems:

Thanks, So this will be able to start a game up by just hitting it on the screen? Like Sonic Mega Collection where you hit the name and it starts up (not counting the introduction). Thanks again.
