NesterDC 7.1 help

i did everything that this site

told me to except getting Sbootrck.exe. does anybody have it because i REALLY want to play old classic games on my dreamcast and i cant find the file anywhere :'(
if anybody could help, that would be appreaciated

Here's the Tool (right click and 'save target as') and here's the page where the info comes from: DCemulation's NesterDC site

Just replace the NesterDC files with the v7.1 or v7.1+b plain files and that's it!

sorry to say, but the TOOL link doesnt work either, and dcevoloution doesnt have anything on it.
