Freezes during video calls (go!messenger)

Hi,

My 3.90-M33 PSP slim&lite has had few problems since I use Go!messenger.
In fact, it freezes when I do video calls with anybody, so I tried to reinstall the firmware, to format the MS, to download again go!messenger but it still freezes :(.

Then, have you some ideas in order to I can use my PSP Slim and video calls?
