Custom firmware 3.40 OE-A released already !!

Erm has anyone noticed the Configuration Option at the Recovery mode not working?
everytime I access it as in pressing my X button, it freezes and turns off
Did I do a bad update? or is everyone getting this?

I have no such problem. I updated to 3.40 OE-A from 3.03 OE-C.

To mfz64: Of course the space in flash is getting less, each Sony upgrade adds more stuff to it! Not to mention Custom Firmware adds a ton more stuff to it as well...

As for gaining some space, there was a program that would erase an unneeded file to give you more space in the flash, but I forgot what program it was.

Is it safe to upgrade from 3.03 OE-C to this one?

or do i have to install each one after 3.03 OE-C

Anyone have problems with running their legal backup ISO files? I do. I can't get any of them to run on 3.40 OE-A

Yeah I upgraded from 3.03 OE-C; worked great.

Maybe just me but I updated from 3.30OE-A though but I have to downgrade now and do it again :(

Dino Crisis 2 is still crashing after supressing the triceratops:mad: , even enabling fast load speed.

i´ve never used cwcheat, but, can i use it to advance in the game, like to a further save point or something?

this will help also on RE2 since a lot of people said they could´t go pass the police station

mike_jmg, why don't you play on a bit with a psone emu and get past that point, save the game and place it onto the psp and use it for your game? I don't really know about it as I haven't use the playstation emulater on my psp yet (can't find my ps1 games lol)

maybe you should try restoring default settings, that sometimes fixes things you don´t think are related, don´t know why (lol)

I know, I could even play it on my PS2.
I just like playing it on my psp and I´ve gone too far, so I´m just lazy to play it from the start all over again LOL
