Golden Sun doesn't work for me on the official version either, whenever I talk to the guy at the beginning thats trying to pull the chest with his stuff in it the game sort of crashes, like its still running but the graphics become all glitchy and the game doesn't respond to input (sort of like what happens at the title screen for Sabrewulf). I'm using the US version of the game with the clean BIOS dump.
Golden Sun works fine for me on .9. (US version)
Edit: Actually, I remember that I had the same issue. You have to replay the part a couple times as sometimes it works fine. Took me about seven tries.
It is nice to see you Exophase. Your emulator is still a work of art that proves the near-impossible can be achieved with dedication and hard work. :thumbup:

firemaster dont triple post, it doesnt help, anyway ur problem may be simply you got faulty bios, i couldnt tell ya if its that as i have never tried the game, however if its not that then just wait till a future release as Exophase is a legend and im sure can fix this, however till then have patience as it takes alot of time to code and stuff and im sure Exophase has got other things he needs to do coding and personal life
I have a working bios and all my games work like super mario advance 2, but when I play super mario advance 4 I get savedata is corrupted and in v07 it works by switching the EPROM to 128kb so how do I do that in v09
hmm heres a soloution, no offense to Exophase but isnt mario advance 4, super mario bros 3 on the SNES, just download a SNES emu like SNES9X and get super mario all- stars + mario world , thats every mario platform game on the NES and snes, easy if ya need help in aquiring the stuff needed drop me a PM and i,ll help as ive got all the goods HAHA

If these unofficial versions are really an improvement (or even if they're not), couldn't they at least be posted in their own thread rather than the release thread of Exophase's last great version.
I'm not very supportive of these unofficial releases so please don't post them in the official release thread and put them somewhere else, this release has already been mentioned anyway so look around first before posting something like that.
Ummmm Kai fix the GTA:A and FFVI, it has a few great improvments
