But as I was saying, it would not be practical/logical to do so. Everyone knows that pc's will have the upper hand in emulation, unless xbox360 is cracked or some are developed for PS3, we aren't going to see a console or handheld capable of correct and funtional emulation.

I highly doubt anyone would take to developing a Dreamcast emu or even making a port of one for fear of being booed out of the scene.

It is surelly useless, but it is not impossible. Anyway, Marvel Vs. Capcom2 for PSP could make me die happy, but since it won't be ported, emulated or even produced I might just stay alive...
