I've never known anybody who just bought "off the street" it's usually from dealers vouched for by other people and such. Only additive I've ever seen put in (not actually seen, but seen end results) is that one dealer would but citrus extract, and let it dry in. Gave it an awesome smell and slightly tart flavor. Iv had people i dont know walk up to me and ask if i had any to sell, and i met a guy that asked me if i wanted to buy some, but i had no cash lol.
