Not under a certain amount, which varies from state to state.

I tend to do my homework quicker and focus better after having a cigarette. Adderall seems to make me duller and tired; that's why I don't take it on the weekends. Even legal prescription drugs don't work perfectly.

I know in Florida you can have quite a bit. About 1 out of every 7 kids in my school have done drugs. Heck, my two friends do drugs, now they look like red eyed skeletons. You should see it--the police bring in the dogs almost every other day. Every week a new kid is riding with the police after lunch :)
