yer produkt is, it gets confusing which forum your posting in at times becuase both use same forum company, and both have iris forums with produkt is them.

hey produkt,how come when i create a map and then play it on iris,i can't see the textures?

how did you solve it, ive had the same problem for the all 3 maps ive maps, the texturs all silver and fuzzy? and i using the wrong bsp compiler or something?
well,i still have some problems actually,i figured out that i can only use the textures in the iris\textures folder...not all the ones in the gtkradient program,that helped some,but sometimes the textures are still fuzzy and stuff,could someone tell me how to get more textures??? there are so many more textures and i dont know how to use them....oh ya,and on produkts iris mapping tutorial,how does he get all those views? i only have 3 views,one for the map in 3d,one of textures and one of the grid and stuff,i want the others
The q3 textures are stored in the pak0.kp3 file. You'll have to extract them if you want to use them with iris. (the pk3 files are just zip files)
Go to Edit->Preferences->Layout
This has already been said...but whatever.
I perfer the fourth one, but I think Produkt uses the second.
