All you get is a
MAME4ALLPSP
and a
MAME4ALLPSP% folder

Put these and their contents in the PSP/GAME folder of your memory stick.

Then create a subdirectory of MAME4ALLPSP called ROMS and put the Zipped ROM files from MAME in that folder.

If you don't have the MAME4ALLPSP and MAME4ALLPSP folders chances are you've downloaded the wrong program!

What have you got in the ROMS folder.
Give me examples of a few filenames.

First you need to put the in the roms folder inside the folder with out the % sign. second you need to have the right rom set in ziped format not renamed. check mi post and all the games i have tested. if a game doesnt show it might not be compatible. or use CLRMAME.dat to check your roms.

trying to get dark seal to work.

anyone who has done so, what rom are you using?

i tried the word revision 3 to no avail.

does anyone know of a working version for 2 or above

i think someone said the last working version was the beta 2

if so where can i gat a hold of beta 2.

i just tried 002 version and previous one and neither of these work with my 2.5 version.

mamepsp works for some games but is very limited.

any one offer any help

What evry body should do is just get a 2.0 or lower psp and downgrade to 1.50. Because with devhooks 41 you can play up to 2.50 version games with out a problem.

I await the day in which i may play viper phase1 and sonic fighters on PSP
