Damn, in the PSP News Forum it said the newest post was in a thread called ' PSP firmware 3.30 OE Release...' I assumed the rest was just 'd' :(

Yes except on 3.30 the compatability for PSX games will be better, all new firmwares will be able to paly PSX games, unless Sony jsut goes crazy somewhere.
