In the end it seems that everything went OK..

All seems fine, I just want to be sure..
TIA for an answer. :)
This downgrader worked perfect without any problems!
My PSP originally came with v1.0! So i guess that's why it worked so good. Just the problem is some of my new games are 2.6 games and Splinter Cell doesnt work with the UMD emulator so i went back to 2.6 for now until they fully crack 2.6 firmware so it will work. Is there any problems with upgrading and downgrading multiple times that can mess my PSP up?
Thanks.
please help......if someone can send me the needed 1.5 dump it would be greatly appreciated....im going nuts trying to find it with no luck.... e-mail [email protected]ks
just confirming to some readers that the downgrader has worked ok for me.
i purchased my psp 2.6 version second user off ebay, i had no idea of it's history, whether it had been upgraded or was original 2.6 version.
there was no printing at all on the psp's board where told to look before attempting downgrade so i took a chance. it worked fine for me.
whole process from start to finish took around 4 minutes.
i used the downgrader 2.50/2.60enfull.exe file with the talk through guide on pc.
Mine keeps saying wrong password when i try to unzip it
Another success here downgrading it to 1.5 with a NON TA-082.
Updated FACTORY 2.5 -> 2.6, then from 2.6 -> 1.5. Checked system firmware and its now 1.5:D
Good luck!
my letters are in the top right of the mobo but i cannot read them, should i automatically assume that it is a TA-082 and screw it or should i take my PSP apart and look/ try and decipher the numbers?
