Interesting I read a new Dgen has a menu, 333mhz sound and saving....
Thanks to a certain joykill, I have a feeling we will not see any further public betas...
I'm sure if Sougen needs testers, he will have no trouble finding them.
Hopefully we will not have to wait a year for a release, although I'm sure it would be well worth the wait.
does it really take that long for a release?
I tested it, nice menu's but not as good as PSP Gen Yet.Quote:

It does seem like the best contender though, I look forward to its future updates as well. But with PSP Gen's success right off the bat I think its going to be a tough one to beat.
Sougen, not to be annoying or anything, but if you need private beta testers, I would be ecstatic to help out. If not, eh, i'll live... as long as you update your emulator again :D.
If someone somehow miraculously made a better performing Genesis emulator (which, is impossible ;)) I still wouldn't switch. I declare loyalty to Sougen for his awesome work.
And Sougen, just wondering. But is it possible to emulate the Sega CD and the 32X? I know this would be really hard to do now at this stage in the emulation scene. But maybe in a year or two? I know it would be incredibly hard to emulate all of those processors... expecially if you needed to run one of those few 32XCD games, lol. but if anyone can do it, I know you can! Keep up the great work Sougen ^_^!
Looks like he got scared away by the GPL police. :rolleyes:Quote:

Due to this, ive moved on to the alternative. Enjoy your fanbase sougen.
I heard a rumor that there is a hack that reverses the update for the psp 1.51. has anybody heard anything about that?
yes, they're working on a downgrade code so that u can play any current game u like on the PSP without being permanently locked out of the 1.5 firmware.
i also would like to commend Sougen on the PSPGENESIS emulator. i wish it had full screen support like snes and nes, but thats all i can really say about it. it also was the easiest to get up and runnin for me. im pretty sure he has all the bells and whistles on his PSP right now, laughin his butt off...lol
