Oh c'mon is this a joke? The iphone is a phone! Hence the name. It wasn't designed to play games a psp or ds can. The controls are waaayyyy off. The screen is just wierd and also why? Whats the point? Its already got an ipod built in, you can phone people, browse the web and other stuff. Be happy with what you got and stop wishing for what you wish it had.
Until the touchscreen dead strip problem is fixed I don't see this happening.

Simply by reading the tittle and comments I can conclude iPhone as a gaming machine = Lulz
Bluetooth joysticks/input devices are the only reasonable options for 'normal' gaming(adding annoying accessories, sometimes). Otherwise just the controls would lead to phail..
btw wraggster you made a mistake with the psp specs it can play videos upto 480x272 nowadays

There's no way the iPhone could contend with PSP or DS,I mean,it's expensive,seems to be very awkward in terms of control,and above all,who's gonna be like "Oh,iPhone has a new game out,I HAVE to get it!!"? Not me.I'm gonna stick with my old trusty DS.Not to mention because it's a phone,you have to pay a monthly bill,which in the case of the DS and PSP you pay for the system,games,and possible accessories.
