I've got a version similar to the Alice in Wonderland release, but it'd need some reworking for a DC Evolution release if there was enough interest. [/quote]
Wow, there's nice stuff comin'!
I'd be interested in the "Wizard of OZ" release!
Reading this stuff should really help me to improve my English ;)
Ah! Here is the discussion of this wonderfull release. A real advantage for ebooks on the Dreamcast is the possibility to add just the right music to the book. I don't see that happening on the PC or a Palm.
Kuddos to DCDayDreamer who really worked long on getting this good. The DC Tonic menu was the perfect choice to do this, he even tried Dream Inducer for this project.
The DC Tonic menu is this open source can you compile it or is it ripped. Ive never seen it before.. i think it was a big download once i could not get.
Any way in a way whisper secrets is an interactive E book of a story i wrote.
Maybe just me but reading a tv screen hurts the hell out of my eyes :(
Its funny but since i started using my GBASP and a flash cart ive never done so much reading.
I prefer it to a book.
The DC Tonic was not recompiled. We used the existing files and to be sure we could use this, we asked Dan Potter for permission.
And a good 100 Hz tv doesn't hurt your eyes when reading. Maybe it's also because I'm very used reading text on a tv trough the many subtitles we have here.
Ok Anwser a lot.
check out Project Gutenberg http://www.gutenberg.org/ they have like 10000 free ebooks for download
