Youre forgetting that a megabyte isnt 1000kb its 1024kb. 65,536/1024 = 64MB.
And if you crack open a 64 carterage the chips inside arnt that big (but by the same token the memory chip in a MS is about half the size of the casing.

Data inside N64 cartridges must be compressed in some way...
Not really. Its much like gba or nes games. Some do compress but its not the norm.Quote:
