I would say the wii as its constantly been updates , can be ran from dvd/hard drive/sd/sdhc and has loads and loads of features....Ok it can't run 32x or mega cd games but we are talking purly megadrive/genesis emulation.
Oh plus the emulator can be used with quite a few controllers!
