Okay so what I actually play is Gates to Infinity but I've played other Mystery Dungeon games as well (though not this one). In my frank opinion, I play the said game more than the Pokemon X and Y titles. Still If you like to explore random generating maps, collect items and complete missions as well as recruiting more pokemon to join your team, this may be something to pick up. It's more of a casual game than the mainstream Pokemon series titles where there's a bit more involved in there. I'd say get it if you want something quick and easy to play to pass the time without getting too involved in it or you'd like to try out something new from the usual type of RPGs out there.
