Ibelieve the team stopped working on the PSXP emu to do the 2.71 downgrader didn't they? I have also seen a shot of them with ridge racer running. It wasn't full screen but it looked good!

and the delay is also supposed to be due to bricked psps...how i have no idea, most likely while testing the downgrader
check psp-generation.com somthing new on there I think
