SEA MINES(will this work only its in hi-res?) ill try :)

in general i just wanted to know if somebody can make a windows xp emu that would be cool

You have to wait for a eloader working on 2.8x ... For now this emulator is working up to 2.6 using eloader 0.98 :)

PSPVice as already been done but only works for C64, I have been speak with the creator and he said it would not be to dificault to recode it to work the VIc and maybe the others.
